Childcare fun!
Last term, Mrs Edwards’ year 10 and 11 childcare classes spent a lesson with Mrs Ryder and her baby, Peggy. As well as an adorable way to spend an hour, this gave them first hand experience of their subject. Congress to Campus!
On the 5th of November, the A-level politics students ventured off to De Montfort University in Leicester, looking for more insight into their A-Level course. Their journey began at Nottingham Station, taking the train to Leicester, which was then followed by an anticipating twenty minute walk to the university campus. A debate to remember!
The day of the Year 12 Debate team started nice and early on the 8th of November 2025, seeing as the group had to be at the train station at 6:30 AM. Despite the very early start, all of the members were present and accounted for when the train arrived: the group were safely on their way to Birmingham to compete in their Bar Mock Trial.
